Associate Prof. Ma Wen Zhe’s Research Team-COVID-19 virus point-of-care testing reagent

 The kit developed in this project can inactivate virus and extract the nucleic acid in one step, thus preventing the potential infection and contamination in the process. The kit is matched with the portable nucleic acid detection instrument produced by the partner Beijing Origingene-tech Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It reduces the requirements for inspection personnel and the limitation that virus nucleic acid detection must be carried out in the laboratory, and is thus suitable for various scenarios. The kit has obtained the EU CE certification, and is currently undergoing free trials in many countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
