The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (MOST) issued a notice of application for the 2026 Key Special Program: "National Science and Technology Major Project for Key New Materials Research and Development and Application - 2026 Second Batch Projects".   Project will begin to be accepted on July 16, 2026.

Please log in to https://service.most.gov.cn/index/ and complete the application form by July 24, 2026.Fill out and submit the attachments provided in the email. The College Recommendation Form should be submitted to the RTAO for initial approval. 

After the approval of our university, it will be submitted to the FDCT. Only the projects recommended by FDCT are eligible for online application.
