Please click in WeMust Memo system to new proposed memo. The applicant fills in the basic information of the patent in the main text, including the name of the patent, the field of ownership, the inventor, the applicant institution, the content introduction and the possible economic benefits; the applicant uploads the patent content and all supporting information (reference file package) in the form of attachments; submits it to the institute/director for review
Faculty/Director Review: The Faculty/Director provides the evaluation opinions and forwards them to the RTAO.
Review by the RTAO: We shall review and submit it to the patent company for follow-up.
Patent company follow-up and submit to the patent office.
If you need patent funding, you can go to the Macao Science and Technology Development Fund “Patent Grant” to apply.
If applying for a foreign patent, the applicant is responsible for covering the expenses and should notify RTAO colleagues to reimburse the relevant costs to the university after a successful application
