The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (MOST) issued a notice of application for the 2025 Key Special Program: "Strategic Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation - First Batch of Personnel Exchanges" and "Intergovernmental International Science and Technology Cooperation - Second Batch of Personnel Exchanges." Applications will begin to be accepted on June 5, 2025.

Please log in to https://service.most.gov.cn/index/ and complete the application form by June 16, 2025. Fill out and submit the attachments provided in the email. The College Recommendation Form should be submitted to the RTAO for initial approval. 

After the approval of our university, it will be submitted to the FDCT. Only the projects recommended by FDCT are eligible for online application.
