The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (MOST) announces the application for the 2026 Key Special Program

Dear leaders and colleagues:

The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (MOST) issued a notice of project recommendations for the 2026 Key Special Program: "Quantum communication and quantum compute".   

If you wish to provide project recommendations, please complete:(1) Document 1, “Quantum Major Special Public Competition Type Project Recommendation Form”; (2) Document 2, the project recommendation report drafted according to the outline; and (3) Document 3, the Excel file (a list of FDCT projects undertaken by the project leader over the past five years).

Please also submit the above attachments to RTAO on or before May 21, 2026 . After the university’s review and approval, the materials will be submitted to the Macau Foundation for Science and Technology Development for review.
